All Rookie Kids orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia through our designated courier service provider. Orders normally take 1–2 working days to process before dispatch.
We aim to deliver within seven working days, although air-freight delays, customs holds and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend delivery time.

Where is my order shipped from?
All Rookie Kids Singapore online orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Malaysia.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number is included in the delivery confirmation email and may also be available in your customer account. Allow several hours for tracking to become active.
What happens if I am not home?
A signature may be required. If nobody is available, the courier may leave a notification with collection or redelivery instructions.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If tracking has not updated after seven days, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Self-collection from Rookie Kids stores or outlets is currently unavailable.

Order-value notice
Orders above SGD $350 may be subject to GST, customs charges and import duties. These charges are separate from your shipping fee and may be billed directly by the carrier.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.
Please check with your local customs office in Singapore to see if you can import the items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Rookie SG will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.
At Rookie SG, we respect the rules and regulations of the Singapore government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances cannot be imported into Singapore: DHEA and products containing poppy seeds and hemp.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by Rookie SG reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Rookie SG's control.
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
